Made an appointment using the Chevrolet app. The purpose of the visit was to have black Chevy bow tie emblems installed on the front and back of my truck at my trucks first oil change. I got reminder emails and text messages all week. In the emails it even said "install black bow tie emblems on front and back of truck". When I arrived at the dealership the service writer says that they don't have any one to install bow ties on Saturdays. I told him it was written in the description of my appointment. I was told no one reads what's written when the appointment are made using the app. It just sets an appointment... How is that my fault!
