Dan and Rich (particularly Dan) are very helpful. However the cashier has been noticeably disengaged. Customer service requires a smile, an apology when things go wrong, a graciousness that should be shown. She did none of those. I would hope that she could be instructed to improve on these qualities. If not, that kind of attitude is a detriment to any business.
