I have an all electric Bolt. Referencing my servicing trip as an oil change in the appointment and even on the invoice undermines the effort GM is making to move beyond gas cars to electric. I also get special offers from Chevrolet noting my Bolt but offering an engine tune up. Your marketing and customer materials need to catch up with your products.
