Danny was outstanding. We had issues with getting our car in time but Danny made it happen right before we had to move!!! Extremely pleased with his service but wish Chevy would do better with pushing the cars out at the time they say you will get them. Our car was 3 almost 4 months late. That was extremely inconvenient and almost pulled out and went to a different car dealership but Danny made us want to continue on with the purchase. Thank you Danny!!!!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeting by my salesman Danny and welcomed to the dealership. While the Corvette I came to see was already sold Danny still gave me a tour of the Dealership and showed me the sold car that I came to see. After the tour Danny mentioned another Corvette that was available. I thought about that car for a day and Called Danny back to put a deposit on it to hold. From that point on the sale went off without a hitch. Everyone at the Dealership did a great job, but especially Danny. If I wouldn't have been greeted as I was I probably wouldn't have bought a car there. So great job Danny. First Impressions are everything !!

I went to CarMax in Kenosha to sell our old car. CarMax had offered us $9,500 but we needed to find a new car first. I went back to CarMax after we bought a new car and they told me the market had changed so the amount could be less. Plus there was a $99 fee to sell them our car. I just did not have a good feeling so went on Kelly Blue Book to see what the car was worth and got an immediate pop up window from Michelle Rendall at The Chevy Exchange in Lake Bluff with an offer. I admit that I was a tad suspicious at first but after I talked to her on the phone I decided to go to Lake Bluff on the way home. We met with Michelle and she could not have been nicer. This was the easiest process ever. She appraised our used car and made an offer. Michelle was very professional and made the entire transaction easy. We walked out less than an hour later with a check in hand. We were very satisfied by Michelle and the dealership. There was no pressure! I would strongly recommend The Chevy Exchange and Michelle Rendall in Lake Bluff if you are selling your used car or buying a new car.
