I factory ordered a new Camaro from the Chevy Exchange.
I factory ordered a new Camaro from the Chevy Exchange. Right from the beginning Viviana Quinto made it a painless process. I initially contacted the Chevy Exchange by email and she responded right away. She was able to answer all my questions and after a few emails and a phone call, I was able to quickly put my order in and pay a deposit the same day without even having to come in to the dealership, which was much appreciated. Viviana provided me several updates through out the build process, such as when the order was accepted by Chevrolet and the scheduled production week. When I came in to take care of the paperwork Viviana had everything ready to go. Rafat Alamawi and Rob Johns also stopped by to make sure everything was to my expectations and offer if they could do anything else to help. As I went through the paperwork, Baha Assaf was patient in answering my questions about each form that I was signing. Viviana let me know the moment the car was delivered with a picture and was in constant contact about the progress and when I could pick it up. As always, Moody and everyone who worked with me (again with this purchase) were incredible. I came in looking for a specific truck, but that truck was already sold. So Moody made me step out of my comfort zone, and I ended up leaving with a vehicle that I never thought I would ever be able to own. It is by far my favorite vehicle I have ever driven! As always, Moody and everyone who worked with me (again with this purchase) were incredible. I came in looking for a specific truck, but that truck was already sold. So Moody made me step out of my comfort zone, and I ended up leaving with a vehicle that I never thought I would ever be able to own. It is by far my favorite vehicle I have ever driven! I’ve bought 4 vehicles from the Chevy Exchange, 3 from Danny. He is a great salesman and a great guy. The sales department works well with their service team to handle all aspects of the sale from the trade-in evaluation to the test drives to the final sale. The transition to the service team for all the service needs is handled great and all the service writers have been amazing over the years. They are my first stop for car shopping and have been my “go to” place for all my GM vehicle service needs.

I factory ordered a new Camaro from the Chevy Exchange.
I factory ordered a new Camaro from the Chevy Exchange. Right from the beginning Viviana Quinto made it a painless process. I initially contacted the Chevy Exchange by email and she responded right away. She was able to answer all my questions and after a few emails and a phone call, I was able to quickly put my order in and pay a deposit the same day without even having to come in to the dealership, which was much appreciated. Viviana provided me several updates through out the build process, such as when the order was accepted by Chevrolet and the scheduled production week. When I came in to take care of the paperwork Viviana had everything ready to go. Rafat Alamawi and Rob Johns also stopped by to make sure everything was to my expectations and offer if they could do anything else to help. As I went through the paperwork, Baha Assaf was patient in answering my questions about each form that I was signing. Viviana let me know the moment the car was delivered with a picture and was in constant contact about the progress and when I could pick it up. I had a few special requests and she made sure the car was prepped just how I wanted it. When I picked the car up, she helped me setup OnStar and answered my few last questions. Overall, the buying experience with The Chevy Exchange was a pleasant, hassle free one, thanks to the effort Viviana and her team put in. I would be happy to buy again from The Chevy Exchange.

In September 2020 I placed a GM Employee order for a 2021...
In September 2020 I placed a GM Employee order for a 2021 Tahoe Premier Duramax. At the end of December, the vehicle arrived at the Dealer and I arranged pickup for January 2nd. I was told that a porter backed it into a pole that morning and creased the rear bumper on the driver's side. They sent it out to a body shop and it came back with dirt in the paint and the body shop had scratched the taillight with a buffing wheel. Rafat agreed at this point to swap my bumper out with a new one when they received another Tahoe the same color. He gave me a "We Owe" to replace the bumper. Nine months later they never received another matching Tahoe and instead of getting a new replacement bumper cover and painting to match, they are telling me my only option is to try to fix it again. I don't think it is acceptable to purchase a $70k+ vehicle and have to settle to have a filled-in, repaired bumper that at this point will have been painted three times. So disappointed that coming from a family that has a combined 150+ years at GM that I'm not stuck with a poorly repaired truck and getting railroaded by the dealer that won't fix their mistake as they promised and make it right.
