My service experience with Dan, the intake specialist was GREAT! He is professional, has a great demeanor, and was cordial in conversation with me as a customer. My car maintenance appointment went quickly and was well done. My surprise and deep disappointment were that employees on the dealership floor, in offices, and walking (some talking with one another) as they walked passed the open lobby did not have on masks. While masks were worn by mechanics and customers, it is problematic that not all employees were not doing so. As someone at a higher risk, if I contact COVID-19, I was deeply concerned over this. Immediate attention needs to be given to this matter in either requiring masks, or redesigning/safety measure for the lobby.
