Probably the best service dept around. Dropped off my truck and was out in minutes with a loaner. Great communication with me about repairs and cost and actually completed difficult repairs 2 days early. Rick and The Chevy technicians plus the parts dept locating the parts to repair my truck are the best around.
I brag about where I bought my vehicle and the easy time i have when i bring it back for a recall or problem, they mske it easy, i tell everyone to check out the Chevy Exchange if your looking to purchase a vehicle...
My experience was great. Sales person was friendly and everyone was very friendly. I do wish the detailing was done a little better and I did find a scratch on back bumper and later a gouge in the shroud around the windshield/wipers but dealer did say they would fix the paint and I will point out the gouge when I go back for my 1 month checkup. Overall a good experience and they had a great selection.
Although my service adviser was masked up, the majority of the dealer staff were not wearing masks. All of the customers in the waiting area were. There is an Illinois mask mandate. It's inexcusable and unfortunate as I've typically had a great experience at this dealer. Get your stuff together, Rafat.
