Was contacted because my car was due for an 'Oil Change'. No. I have a Bolt. Turns out it was due to a recall (covering for GM?). So I scheduled an appointment a few days out. Brought the car in and was there for 20 minutes before I was told they'd have to order the part and then I would have to come back. Maybe ordering the part for the recall BEFORE the scheduled appointment would have been prudent!
Rick e he is a very nice guy when I walk in he there with a smile and speak ask how is everything going He will say have some coffee in cookies and water check my car he always there for my family and my self just a wonderful He is the best guy for the job keep up the good work rick
Very friendly and helpful staff. Seemed the #1 goal was to make sure I was satisfied. Only issue was the extra protection package I was sold had to be done twice and I'm not sure it was worth it at this point.
