Initially told me they didn���t have a rental . They service for the initial issue was done in a timely manner which is good but the truck was left with no car wash and there still a issue while turning right..

I was led to believe that this "Pit Stop" was going to include an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home and read the shop report neither one was mentioned.

Danny and Rob called and set-up time to follow-up and address my questions and concerns after the purchase of my new 2020 Silverado. They are always available to make sure things are running smooth regarding all of my Chevy products. The guys in the Service Organization are also equally as helpful in oil changes and check-ups on my vehicles. Always enjoy coming in to see the latest makes/models/features.

If my car was repaired right and road tested properly the first time 25 minutes later after I drove it would not be back in shop. My extended warranty will cover. However I will not pay any additional money for something that was not done right first time. Thank you

Service experience was fine (oil change). But car hiker who drove finished car to me was not wearing a mask. As he opened the door to exit, he let out a huge sneeze directly into the open car door. As a 70 year old man I found this extremely disturbing. I drove home with mask on and all windows open; when home I immediately disinfected vehicle. Chevy Exchange safety precautions in the age of Covid appear to be highly negligent. Hope I'm safe.

Dealership was great on availability, and friendliness but they are saying it���s my fault for buying a black car and not looking at it properly to notice all the swirls in the paint from them washing it and shipping.

Wonderful service! I was greeted right away with a friendly service professional. I have been going here for years and have never had an issue. I feel I can trust this dealership with my car, which is so important to me. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they cleaned my front mats, which were extremely dirty. The car wash is always an extra perk, but to clean my mats was just thoughtful! Thanks so much Chevy Exchange!
