Although we ended up satisfied with our purchase, the experience was quite laborious. We had called in advance to determine if we qualified for the online pricing (which was quite appealing) and they confirmed we would. Once we arrived, after driving 2+ hours, it was a different story. They low-balled us on our trade-in value and wouldn't honor the online price or anything remotely close to it! After a few hours of negotiating, we managed to leave with a new car, but it would have been much easier if the dealership would just tell us (over the phone!) the minimum price they would match. No hassle pricing is something I'll be looking for in the future when I purchase my next vehicle.

Well took my car in to be serviced awhile back for an issue that I had be having. I was told it was an alignment issue but three times into service the issue had not been resolved at all. And on top of those three times coming into service to pick up my car it hadn’t been washed all three times at pick up
