The team was very pleasant, clear in their communication and provided excellent service. When I tried to call the location to schedule an appointment it was quite complicated and I was transferred several times with no response - my only constructive feedback - make the phone experience as pleasant as the in-person.
Dan was great from the moment I dropped off my car until I picked it up the next day. Never have I had an easier experience with service than with the Chevy Exchange. I'm recommending them to my family and friends.
we took our 2013 Tahoe to get service. We’re extremely upset at the way we were treated. The gentleman who service us wanted to charge us for the oil and tire rotation which I know we get 2 free services in a year . The gentleman seem very ennoyed with me every time I asked a question. We asked for a car wash as well and when we got the truck we notice two scratches that were not there before. When I asked what happened the gentleman became very defensive and started saying those scratches were already there, but if when we look closely the were fresh because there white scuff marks and the paint was chipping off. The gentleman keep saying we only did a hand car wash . Who ever moved the truck must of backed up onto something because you can easily tell by the marks. My husband and I are extremely upset at the service and treatment that we receive today.

Dan Hilliard is the best. He and Jeff Jacobs are the reason we keep coming back. I trust them both and have bought multiple cars from the Chevy Exchange because of them. My wife and I were just talking about how we would have no reason to always go to the Chevy Exchange if Jeff and Dan were not ther for us.
