3rd Service Appointment for my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. And, as with the previous 2 appointments, I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable service rep who gave me an update after 15 or 20 minutes with an estimate of when service would be completed and again when that service was completed just about right on the dot.

When I recently brought my 07 Maxx SS in WITH MY OWN REPLACEMENT PARTS (OEM Antenna mast w/T-handle wrench, + 'boneyarded' used base mount ass'y (sub-fender), and the WRENCH was NOT returned to me with the vehicle to remove the new mast thru an automated car wash (the reason for the replacement in the FIRST place...)
