All was good, but I d not believe the oil was changed or the SUV was serviced before I took delivery at 4,200 miles. The oil was very dark brown and there was no windshield washer fluid in the washer container.

After visiting 4 dealerships, I was drawn to the Chevy Exchange by their no nonsense, friendly way of doing business. Every one was involved in providing me with great service. Rob Johns was listening when I lamented I was handing back a lease car with 9000 miles left. He asked if he could look at the car, and was able to take it in on trade. My salesman Cass was quick to answer my calls and helped me set up my phones on the Traverse. Rafat, the manager phoned to see how he could help, getting the right car. Bottom line, they educated me on the trade-in value of my lease, got the car with the equipment I wanted at a good price and most importantly, delivered it when I needed it! I definitely think the drive to the Chevy Exchange is worth it! P.S. I love my new Traverse.

Everytime my vehicle needed to be serviced, the service department never had my warranty information that the sales department sold me. I just purchased the vehicle last year and the transmission was changed this summer. a new engine now. The vehicle needs a new engine now. I'm done with the Chevy Exchange. The cookies were great though!
