Every experience we have had with the Chevy Exchange and their staff has been outstanding. The Service Department and its personnel are always just wonderful--very professional and knowledgeable as well as helpful, informative and supportive. They always have accommodated our needs, even when we need to come in with a problem and no advance notice. We have been with these people for many, many years, and they are what keeps us coming back. Thank you all so VERY, VERY MUCH!

Everything was Ok, with exception for my left tail light. I need a another harness for my tail light but the dealership did not have in stock. Which is a little bad, because all nessessary items should be in stock. Now I to wait and do not know when the item I need for my tail light should come in. The service personnel told just to call, and I wonder if he had put the part in on order or unless he is waiting on me to call so he can place the order for a tail light harness. Anyways the mechanic that had worked on my truck did excellent and I wish him the best into the Marines.

Chevy Exchange went above and beyond to install a we owe package to my new truck making sure everything was done the right way. They were even able to remove a small factory defect that was found in the paint finish.
Great friendly staff in the service office. The waiting area was very nice with complimentary Starbucks coffee and fresh cookies. The technician who serviced my vehicle did and exemplary job and explained my vehicles technology in and easy to understand manner. Best of the Best in the Chicagoland area
